Cancer

Cancer is something that very near and dear to my heart.

OK, that sounds kinda weird. Like I love the disease or something, ha ha ha.

No. It is because I have had several close people succumb to, or be directly affected by cancer. As a Nature-Doc, it was a given that I would spend untold hours and resources in learning how to deal with the beast.

Treating cancer has seven very black and white steps.

  1. Sit down with your oncologist and discuss your situation

  2. Do every thing your oncologist tells you to do

  3. When you are finished doing everything your oncologist tells you to do; proceed to do everything your oncologist tells you to do.

  4. Repeat step number two

  5. Repeat step number two

  6. Plan out your recuperation with someone who has spent untold hours and resources in learning how to deal with the beast. Once you are seeing your oncologist every 6 months - now is the time to learn and recover with proper nutrition and lifestyle strategies that you may not learn elsewhere.

  7. Sit back and smile, when you see the amazed look on your oncologist’s face, when they see how amazing your are doing!
