People I LOVE AND RESPECT, differ from me on this point 

 

I do not believe that adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue are real diseases. They are symptoms of deeper underlying issues. Many agree with me on this one, many do not. We are kinda like medical democrats and republicans, lol… 

 

I experienced what is commonly referred to as “Adrenal fatigue” for a time in life. I know how heavy it is on a person. 

 

I discovered through life, and formal education, that it is a symptom, not a cause.
