Shred the Pounds!

My wife thought that was a typo at first. "Shred" instead of "Shed"

No, it is not. Do not "Shed" them, that is passive, boring. You have to be active in your journey, you have to "Shred" them, it is a mindset that is absolutely needed!

* I lost 50 lbs at the age of 53. It can be done, and I've done it. I am a lifelong compulsive eater who "Feeds" when he is stressed or bored - I don't judge....

Weight Loss is NOT about discipline, I cannot stand when people say that stupid stuff. Yeah, whatever Becky, go have another milkshake with the genetic lottery that you won. Whatever...

I think it should be a law, that fitness instructors should not be allowed to talk to anyone about weight loss, until they have lost 50 lbs themself.

I was a fat kid, yes - “F-word” fat!! Then I got skinny, then I had a career in martial arts, then I got fat again. Then I got lean again.

BUT - that martial arts lifetime, taught me the importance of systemizing it for others, just like the original masters did. Honestly - a parent should not have favorites, but I do. I love working with everyone in health, but my “Fatties” are my favorite. It just fills me with such joy, to help someone past the unsung health crisis of the 20th century  - obesity.

My wife says I should not say "Fatties" that it is mean. LOL, poor skinny thing, she does not get it. I may be lean these days,  but I always have been, and always will be a "Fattie" at heart.
